    Attended Auckland Grammar School. Had served as a cadet with the Auckland Grammar School till he left school

    Attested at Epsom Camp on 7 September 1914

    Disembarked at Alexandria on No 12 transport on 3 December 1914 after spending 64 days at sea.

    Victory medal, British war medal and 1914/15 Star were passed to Frank (Francis) Brown (father) in 1923, who was living at Dawson Street, Hamilton AWMM
