    • Lawrence Baxter was the son of William Lawrence Baxter and Lois Heaton Baxter, of Frankton Junction, New Zealand.

      At the time of his death he was in Bomber Command.

    • T/o 15:12hrs on 17Apr42 from RAF Waddington for mission to Augsburg. Shot down by fighters, it is thought by Major Oesau of 11./JG2 Richthofen.
