    • Percy Browne was the son of Edward and Eliza Browne; husband of Agnes Neil Browne (nee Baillie), of Argyle St., Avondale, Auckland, New Zealand. AWMM
    • I am the grand daughter of Percy Wilford Browne and have researched the family history. There is NO record of my grand father ever returning wounded to New Zealand. He died in Ypres, Belgium and my brother and other cousins have visited his grave there. This last comment about HS "Maheno" is a mistake and must belong to another P BROWNE Public - Diane - Direct descendant - 28 April 2016 - My grand mother telling us about this and letters from the military to her about his death in Ypres. Plus any records about him state this.
