    • Chisholm Wilson was the younger son of Joseph Macartney Wilson and of Mary Louise Wilson (nee Elmbranch), of Auckland.

      Chisholm attended both Kings School and Kings College, where he was a member of Parnell House from 1938-1941. Chisholm trained in NZ and was commissioned as a pilot and served in the UK. He was attached to the Mosquito bombing squadron.
