  • Temporary Lieutenant Hazard was a Certified Officer, had over four months service in an appointment "in lieu of Specialist (N)" in a seagoing ship, and had been granted a Watchkeeping Certificate.

    Mr Hazards funeral was held at the Auckland Cathedral of the Holy Trinity, St Stephens Avenue, Parnell, Auckland on Thursday, January 28th, at 1 pm. W H Tongue Funeral Directors. AWMM
