    • Walter Harrison was son of William Alfred and Evangeline Kate Harrison.

      Two sons, brothers Walter Valentine Harrison (29905) and Alvan William Harrison (67131) were killed serving in WW2. AWMM
    • The NZBMD Index and the CGC website show that the parents for Walter Valentine Harrison were Walter and Edith Amy Harrison, thus suggesting that Walter and Alvan were not in fact brothers. Walter was also the husband of Harriet Rebecca Harrison, of Whangarei. Public - Dale - Researcher - 15 September 2022 - NZBMD Index and the Commonwealth War Graves Commission website.
