  • My name is Peter Lloyd Glasson. My father, Peter Redstone Glasson, fought in the western desert with Lloyd Bailey. Lloyd Bailey was a close friend of my father's. My father named my middle name in memory of Lloyd Bailey (killed on 11 December 1941) and another close family friend, Lloyd Morrison (killed 24 November 1941). I am honoured to have "Lloyd" as my middle name in honour of these two brave men.
