    • Son of Esidor John Wytkin and of Mary Josephine Wytkin (nee Willis), of Egmont Village, Taranaki, New Zealand. AWMM
    • Whilst on a training flight - aboard RAF Bristol Beaufort DD886 - operated by RAF (Number 5) Coastal Command Operational Training Unit - from Long Kesh on 4 April 1943 - at 13.15 hours the Port Engine failed due to difficulties with oil pressure.
