  • The letter has now been claimed and delivered to Flying Officer Brosnahan's younger sister. It was a moving and gratifying ending to what was a very short "search".
    Public - Louis - 24 February 2016
  • FO Brosnahan was a friend of my father's in Hataitai Wellington. He last wrote to my father in July 1943 from London. Brossie, as my father always referred to him was a navigator in Lancasters and was lost over Germany in September 1943. I have the letter in my possession and would gladly hand it on to a verified relative.
