  • Remembered with love. Owen was my father Wesley Albert Chambers' favourite cousin. My father kept Owen's briefcase until just before his death in 1993, when he made sure it was given to Owen's sister.
    Owen was killed at Casino, remembered by my father and honoured today.
    May the values he fought to sustain be respected and maintained in today's society.
