  • I never knew you Uncle Max, but your Sister Nancy (Nana to me) kept your picture on her dresser, looking dapper in your uniform. She spoke of you often and I know your passing broke her heart. Nancy is with you now and I hope the two of you are at peace together in some beautiful place watching the cricket. Thank you for your sacrifice at the so very young age of 22. Your family will never forget you. With all my love. Kim, the Great Niece you never met.
