    • William Ching was the son of Harold Louis and Jessie Wilson Ching, of Stoke, Nelson, New Zealand.

      Attended Nelson College.

      Two sons, brothers Alan Harold Ching (NZ427187) and William Michael Ching (NZ4215731) served with the RNZAF, they were both killed.

      Next of kin details compiled from information in the Casualty lists published in the newspapers.
