    • Son of Frederick Thomas Eason and Alice Eason, of Otautau, Southland, New Zealand.

      Eason was taken prisoner during the Western Desert campaign and put on an Italian ship to be taken to Italy. En route the ship was torpedoed and Eason was presumed drowned. AWMM
