  • Son of Samuel Edgar and Ellen Jane Fraser, of Auckland; husband of Edith Winifred Fraser.

    Attended King's College 1914-18.

    He was killed in a naval action in the Pacific. He was buried with others after a full inter-service funeral in the Naval area at Waikumete - it was the first occasion in the war that naval personnel killed in action had been buried in New Zealand.
