  • Donald Galloway was the son of John and Jessie I. Galloway, of Thames, New Zealand.Son of John and Jessie Galloway of Parawai, Thames and brother of Jean and Kenneth.

    He was the brother of Jean and Kenneth.

    Went to Thames Central Primary School, Thames High School and Seddon Memorial Technical College 1934. Was keen on sport, both at college and after, particularly athletics, football, golf and tennis. AWMM
