    War service: Egypt, Western Front
    Disembarked Suez, 20 December 1915.
    Admitted to 2nd NZ Field Ambulance, 6 May 1917; transferred to Casualty Clearing Station, 7 May 1917; to 12th Australian Field Ambulance, 30 May 1917; to Divisional Rest Station, 31 May 1917; rejoined Bn, 12 June 1917.
    Killed in action, 23 June 1917.
