  • Victor Cavalier was the son of Susan Cavalier and Alfred William Cavalier.

    Employed by the theatrical company Fullers of Sydney before enlistment, in 1917 he attested he had been living in New Zealand for 2 years.

    Attested twice in 1916 and then in 1917. Rejected in 1916 with deficient eyesight.

    Died of wounds sustained at Beaussart, 1000 yards west of Mailly-Maillet.

    Middle initial on wooden cross incorrectly written as "C", middle name is George.
