Awww, our Papa Koroua! You lay so far away from us. How we wish you were closer. The memories shared here, let us know you a little better, where you were and what you were doing? You would of been proud of your beautiful children, my mum, aunts and uncles. They are a very loving, beautiful family, one we are so lucky to be part of. My heart warms and a smile comes when thinking of them all. Mum has photos of you everywhere and their is a strong resemblance. :) We think of you constantly. So proud to be one of your many mokopuna. Until we meet, you'll be forever in our hearts <3

E Pa I am so proud to be your grand-daughter, part of your loving family. The honour your service brought to our whanau, the leadership you showed in serving our country, the sacrifices you made in loyalty makes my heart swell in pride. I see glimpses of you in our family, my Mum, my brother and sisters, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Me! And in sadness I think of what I will never have........ your hugs, your laugh, your voice.
