Lawrence Truman was the son of Arthur and Olive Ruby Truman, of Bulls, New Zealand; husband of Margaret Truman, of Awatoto, Napier, Hawke's Bay.
He was killed when the Nino Bixio, carrying Allied prisoners, was torpedoed. AWMM
