  • Henry Shepherd was the son of Harry Thomas and Jessie May Shepherd of Auckland.

    Father and two sons served in WW2: Harry Shepherd (34842); Stanley George Shepherd (25371) and Henry James Shepherd (27269), died on active service. Family recount a third son was unfit for war service because of an arm injury. AWMM
