  • Alan Joblin was a twin of Constance Joblin. He was educated at Taihape District High School and Wanganui Collegiate. In 1926 he became a reporter with the Taihape Daily Times, until 1927 when he joined the Wanganui Chronicle as their Taihape reporter until 1941.



    From 1947 until 1973 he worked for the Wanganui Chronicle. From 1973 until retiring in 1984 he worked part time for the Central District Times. AWMM
