    Wounded in action early in the campaign, then returned to the front.

    Killed in action 7 August 1915 during August Offensive.

    Wounded, 2-3 May 1915.
    Admitted to 11th Casualty Clearing Station, 9 May 1915 (sprained back); transferred to Hospital Ship, 11 May 1915; rejoined unit, 16 May 1915.
    Wounded in action (second occasion), 16 May 1915.
    Now, 2 November 1915, reported 'Killed in action, 7 August 1915'.
