  • David Lindsay was the elder son of James and Rosa Emily Lindsay and brother of John Douglas Lindsay.

    Wife of Mae Elizabeth Lindsay; father of Michael and Neil of Gisborne.

    He and several men in his platoon were hit by a shell from a 25-pounder firing short.

    Represented New Zealand in swimming at the Games of the IX Olympiad, Amsterdam 1928. AWMM
