  • Alexander's Father was Colin McKenzie and his Mother was Helen McKenzie nee Yule They are my Great Grandparents. Alexander's brother Robert McKenzie married Mahalia McGregor McKenzie nee Paton. My Grandparents. Their daughter Isabel Helen McKenzie married Hector Robert Hayward on the 5 May 1932 in Mokai, they are my Parents. It is great to be able to acknowledge someone from the Family who went to war to help protect our shores. I would have liked to have met him face to face.
