  • Date of birth perhaps 1886 or 1889

    Commissioned as Lieutenant in November 1917

    At the time of enlistment in WWII, he was attached to the NZ Temporary Staff as Quartermaster, Mobilization Camp, Ngaruawahia, and held the appointment of Camp Commandant in the temporary rank of Major. He served for a short while as second in command of 2nd Infantry Training Battalion, Papakura, before he resumed his appointment at Ngaruawahia.

    He was finally posted to the Retired List on 1 May 1951.
