    Admitted to No 1 Australian Stationary Hospital, Mudros, 27 August 1915 (diarrhoea and bronchitis); transferred to Base, 31 August 1915; to England, and admitted to County of London War Hospital, Epsom, 11 September 1915; attached to NZ Depot, Grey Towers, 28 January 1916.
    Rejoined unit, Ismailia, Egypt, 2 March 1916.
    Admitted to NZ Auxiliary Hospital, Ismailia, 5 March 1916 (bronchitis); transferred to NZ General Hospital, Cairo, 10 March 1916; transferred to NZ Base, Ghezireh, 3 April 1916.
    Commenced return to New Zealand from Suez on board HT 'Willochra', 13 April 1916; discharged (medically unfit), 26 June 1916.
