      Husband of Betsy Farrell, married in 1905. Father of 3 sons , 4 daughters.

      He remarried in 1940 Mary Lillian Baker (died 1 April 1983, aged 83).

      Brother of Luke Perham (678) who also served in the South African War and was killed.

      He was briefly taken prisoner at Paardeburg, Orange Free State, on 29 April 1901.

      Author of 'The Kimberley Flying Column'.

      The Auckland Museum Library's manuscripts (MS 2006/ 29) and pictorial collections hold additional material on Frank Perham and his brother Luke.
