  • A dear great grandfather spoken about with such fondness and love by all of our relatives, the stories keep his memory alive. He was the father of my maternal grandmother, Losaline Pulemoana Kasupene. Loved and remembered each year on Anzac day and always we are so grateful for your service, sacrifice and commitment to our fanau.

  • To our dear great grandpa - Pulemoana Lasika - it is with great honour respect adoration and praise that you served in WW1 from 1914 to 1918 - in the NZ (maori) Pioneer Battalion - my family and I are graftified and grateful that your life was given to serve - and I am certain that you lived a full and wonderful life - then sadly flew to heaven on the 19th April 1974 - my family and I leave our blessings with you...

It was an honor to be part of the commeration of 100 year service that you served in the Maori Pioneer. We will love you always great grandpa.
