    Trained for Nursing in Wellington

    New Zealand had two military hospitals in Egypt, namely No.1 New Zealand Stationary Hospital and No.2 New Zealand Stationary Hospital. A third hospital was the Aotea Convalescent Hospital in Cairo. In France No. 1 New Zealand Stationary Hospital was set up in July 1916.
