  • Today I found the cross of remembrance at Auckland museum, for Leo Gerald Cullen. He was my great uncle, my mother’s uncle. I just wanted to pay this tribute so that all these years later he has been remembered. RIP Leo.

    Report
  • My name is Kristian Matulich-Watson, I currently attend Sacred Heart College and I am Year 8. I am in Mrs. Graham's english class and she has tasked us with researching former college students who served and died in WW1. I have been tasked with researching Leo Cullen. I think that it is remarkable that it is 100 years of that Leo and his comrades were in the Somme fighting at this time. I will remember Leo when we place a cross in the College Memorial Garden on behalf of him and on the 15th of September and may he rest in peace. Confortare Esto Vir
