    Commenced return to New Zealand on board HS 'Maheno', 29 November 1915; discharged, Wellington, 12 April 1916.
    Re-enlisted, Featherston Camp, 10 May 1916.
    Embarked, 5 December 1916; disembarked Suez, 12 January 1917, and admitted to Government Hospital, Suez (diphtheria); discharged to duty, 16 January 1917.
    Admitted to 27th General Hospital, Abbassia, 31 July 1918 (malaria); discharged to Aotea Convalescent Home, 11 August 1918.
