    Medical Board, Dunedin, 30 August 1915, concluded that soldier was suffering from lackycardia, gonorrhoea and pulmonary turberculosis; gonorrhoea not caused by military duty; TB caused by military duty.
    Died of phthisis, Dunedin Hospital, 4 October 1915. AWMM
