    Disembarked Suez, Egypt, 18 November 1915.
    Embarked from Alexandria for Mersa Matruh, 19 December 1915 (Senussi Campaign).
    Wounded in action, 25 December 1915 (gun shot wound, abdomen), and admitted to Notts & Derby Mounted Brigade Field Ambulance; died of wounds, 28 December 1915.
