After the War, Jock worked as a trader around the Cook Islands. On the small atoll Tongareva (Penrhyn Island) he met Teu Bosini who he later married. They had 4 children: Stuart, Margaret, Alistair and Bill.
In 1932 Teu died. Jock died a year later in 1933.
Their children were sent to live in New Zealand. Stuart Campbell (service number 446853) served with the Maori Battalion in WW2 and was killed in action.
