  • Private Reginald J. Davie was captured and taken POW by Turkish Forces - on 8 August 1915 - at Chunuk Bair, Gallipoli, Turkey.
    He was interred at Afion Kara Hissar POW Camp - at Constantinople, Turkey (POW # 577).
    Private Davie was repatriated to Egypt - 14 November 1918 - after the cessation of hostilities.
    On 27 December 1918 Private Davie embarked from Post Said, Egypt to England to the NZEF De-Mobilisation Camp, at Codford, England.
