  • In memory of my Grand Uncle William Henry Day. I visited Gallipoli in June 2014 and left a memorial tribute in the monument at Lone Pine. A very moving visit. My father William Harold Day was named after William and so the William name flows through our family William Henry William Harold (nephew) born 1926 William Robert (me) (grand nephew) born 1948 Stuart William (great grand nephew) born 1978 William Kendal (great,great grand nephew) born 2004
