  • I can supply date of death if required. Jack Edward Dingle trained to be a doctor but eventually trained as a Pharmacist under J Footes in Taihape and became a practising pharmacist in Hawera Taranaki for a number of years. He had his own chemist shop in High St, Hawera, This medical history is probably his reason for joining the medical corp during WW1.
