    Transferred to England, 6 November 1915, and admitted to 2nd Southern General Hospital, Bristol, 19 November 1915; discharged to NZ Command Depot, Hornchurch, 17 May 1916.
    Appointed Lance Corporal while employed with Detention Staff, Hornchurch, 14 June 1916; relinquished appointment as Lance Corporal, 22 June 1916.
