    Transferred to England, 6 November 1915, and admitted to 2nd Southern General Hospital, Bristol, 19 November 1915; discharged to NZ Command Depot, Hornchurch, 17 May 1916.
    Appointed Lance Corporal while employed with Detention Staff, Hornchurch, 14 June 1916; relinquished appointment as Lance Corporal, 22 June 1916.
    Admitted to Addington Park Hospital, Croydon, 23 June 1916; transferred to 4th General Hospital, London, 8 August 1916; to NZ Convalescent Camp, Hornchurch, 5 September 1916; discharged to NZ Command Depot, Codford, 12 September 1916.
