John Sanders Fairchild was a dentist in Wellington above a shop in Woodward Street. He was my father's uncle, my father being Arthur Fairchild Pearce, son of John Sander's sister Nina. My father told me that his school teacher was a patient of John Sanders and had once caused her pain and incurred the wrath of his teacher!!

I am John Fairchild's great niece. His middle name is actually Sanders. I have visited his grave in Wellington at Karori cemetery, where he is buried with his mother Mary, father John and sister Annie. I would like to have met him.
