    Transferred to 2nd Anzac Entrenching Bn, 29 July 1916.
    Transferred to 2nd Bn, Auckland Infantry Regiment, 9 August 1916.
    Required to refund value of lost equipment: POUNDS 1.16.8, 25 August 1916.
    Killed in action, 15 September 1916.
