  • One of my grandmother's 4 uncles who went to war, Elias Elmer (known as Charlie) was the only one to make it back to New Zealand. Their Father transcribed all the boys letters home, a legacy that ensures the future generations 'will not forget' Honoured to lay a poppy this Anzac Day 2018.
