  • In memory of my Great Uncle Charlie. Your portrait sits on my living room wall, next to another one of your sister Clara (my Great Grandmother). Although I never met you, I learned of you and the sacrifice you made for our country. My children and I will always remember you with great pride and respect. RIP Uncle Charlie. Lest we forget. Your Great niece Lexine.
