My grandfather survived the war and sent three sons to the next, they all returned as well.
Known as The Cat at Gallipoli for his luck. Documented in Gallipoli to the Somne by ? C F Aitkins.
Admired by Mother who passed on the love. I met him and went to his 80th. I call on his memory for stregnth in times of need.
