    Wounded in action, 25 April 1915 (gun shot wound, right hand); admitted to hospital, Cairo, 11 May 1915; transferred to Convalescent Camp, Helouan, 3 June 1915; discharged to duty, 8 June 1916; rejoined unit, Gallipoli, 28 July 1915.
    Killed in action, 10 August 1915.
