  • Pop died a month before I was born. I am so sorry I never got to know him. I hear from my elderly aunts, his daughters, that he sang many Irish rebel songs, and liked a drop of the drink. He did love his family and horses, the latter apparently seeing him kicked out of WW1 for assaulting a British Officer he caught abusing his horse. Pop was a Drover and loved them well.
