  • Dear Granddad I wish I had had the chance to meet and thank you for your contribution, and to introduce you to your Great grand children. I am sorry that after your time in Gallipoli and then in Europe where you where gassed that on your return to NZ you did not live very long. But it was long enough for you to father two children, for which I can only be eternally thankful!
