  • Dear Pop..I know that there must a world of difference between the boy who lied about his age to go to war for whatever reason, and the man who refused to talk about those experiences except to say that you would never talk about them. Thank You for your Service, and for coming home alive so I can be here to write this 100 years after you were in the cauldron that we now commemorate as ANZAC and beyond.
