His sister was my Great Grandmother and she could never understand why his last name was spelled wrong.       Just be nice to get his surname corrected on his memorials and headstone. Not sure if he married when he moved to New Zealand though

  • Having recently discovered that this man was my great uncle, Ive started trying to find out more about him though am unable to. Being as the family members I have on that side, I m not really in contact with. Any help greatly appreciated. I also plan a trip to Belgium eventually to visit the grave as I gather no one in the family has ever been
