      Removed to DBI Hospital, Malta, 13 April 1915 (gonorrhoea).
      Embarked for Egypt, 12 July 1915; transferred to Base, Alexandria, 16 July 1915.
      Returned to duty, Gallipoli, 28 July 1915.
      Killed in action, Anzac, 21 August 1915.

Te Awarau, who died of pneumonia, also belonged to Waipiro Bay.
