  • I am a local metal detectorist here in Christchurch. I found Private Walter Andrews Returned Soldiers Association badge whilst metal detecting near the Avon River. My aim is to return this badge to Private Walters family if I can locate a direct descendant....and maybe learn a little about the man and his life/war years along the way. Andrew Harrison.
